I can answer most questions concerning 4X4 engine, drive line, suspension, electrical, and fuel, both diesel and gasoline. Ford, GM, and Dodge, old and new, but prefferably not newer than 99.
Question the interior lights dont work, nor does the cig lighter, in my sons 91 chevy s10 truck.
i've changed the fuse for dom lights.
what else should i check?
Answer Hi Donnie,
I assume you checked the bulb.
Make sure the dome light override at the headlight switch doesn't have it turned off.
Then check for power at the light socket. if there is power there, then the door switch may be disconnected.
The cig lighter may be a different fuse, and may only work with the key on.
