Driving along, the transmission will drop down a gear or out of gear altogether. Changed filter and fluid this spring and t

he tranny is still full. Is their a throttle adjustment that might be causing this, or what do you think is causing it to do this sometimes?     Thank You! Dave   ,

Hi Dave...try adjusting your TV cable... the one that goes to the throttle... there should be a black button on it where it goes thru the bracket that holds it... push in the button (it may be stiff)...then open throttle all the way holding the button down. that will reset the shift. if that doesnt help it may be a trans problem....hope this helps
