Question
This summer on a very hot week end {35c +} my blazer started acting up. Once warmed up it would hesitate, stutter and miss on acceleration. It never got that warm again this summer and my blazer has not done that since {6months}.I got a TPS code during this episode, I cleared the code and it never came back. It has 150,000 kms and has been perfectly maintained, besides this it has run perfectly.

Answer
Hi Pat.  sometimes when it gets very hot the map sensor will go way out of wack causing the TPS to also go out of range, if it hasn't happened again i would suspect that everything is ok and it was just an intermittant problem because of the heat. hope this helps
