Question
Hi...just wondering if you can give me any ideas on why my truck wont start.  I just had starter replaced yesterday and now tonight its not starting.  It is turning over so I know it's not the starter but it just isnt starting.  The fuel pump is working because I can hear it buzzing; thought that might have been it.  Battery is hooked up good, all spark plug wires good.  Any clue?  It is a 1994 Chevy Suburban with the 454 engine 4x4.  Have never had this problem before and just seems weird seeing as I had starter replaced yesterday and now this.  Thanks....Bill

Answer
Hi Bill... if it was ok before the starter was replaced...check to see if the wires at large terminal on the starter are making a good connection. (nut tight) should have the battery connection and as many as 3 wires going to that terminal. trigger wire 1 only should go to the small terminal on the solonid on the inside towards the block. rest of the wires go to the large terminal.... hope this helps
