Question
1991 Chevy Suburban. Engine turns over but wont crank. Headlights, interior lights, dashlights and radio wont come on. Windows, locks and brake lights work. After waiting a little while, the lights came on and engine started. Drove it home and experienced same problem. After a short while the lights would come and and engine cranked.

Answer
Hi Steve you have a bad connection somewhere. check Battery term. wires at the starter, engine ground to frame, main wire to fuse panel. somewhere in there you have corrosion that is not allowing a good connection, take them apart and clean them making sure for good contact... hope this helps
