Question
How do I replace the drivers side interior door handle on a 1998 Chevy 3/4ton extended cab 4x4 pickup. Electric windows and door locks. The Chilton's Manual I just bought doesn't show the same interior that I have.
Hi Dan, you need to remove the door panel, once off disconnect the lock rod that comes over from the door latch. remove the bolts or rivets (could be one or the other) that hold the door latch to the inside door panel.reinstall using bolts...hope this helps...merry christmas
