Chevrolet Repair/Rough idle and stalling out

Question
I have a 2002 Chevy Cavalier sedan with about 46,500 miles and automatic transmission.  I am having problems with a very rough idle when the car is in gear...sometimes to the point of it actually stalling out.  I also notice hesitation when I first accelerate from a stop or when I am starting up a steep hill. I took the car in for a tune up & replacement of air filter and fuel filter just over a month ago and I added fuel injector cleaner to a full tank of gas a week ago, but the situation seems to be worsening despite all this.  What needs to be looked at next?  Thanks for your advice.

Answer
Hi Deanna, The next thing to replace is all the spark plug wires if this has not been done. If it has been done or the engine still runs rough after, then the next likely cause is a bad fuel injector. You need to take it to some one that can locate the bad part and also replace it,i.e. Chevrolet dealer.

Hope this helps
