Chevrolet Repair/Turn Signal in a 1996 Chevy Blazer

Question
I have a 1996 Chevy Blazer that the turn signals are not working.  The four ways still work on the dash and outside. So I have been told that it should be the turn signal flasher that has gone out. I need to know where it is located and how I get to it to change this piece. It is not in the fuse box I have looked in there.  Also is it easy to change? Thank you for any help you can give.

Answer
Hello Brenda, I think this one is located in the center of the dash by the 2 power outlets. You'll need to remove the lower part of the dash to replace the flasher. There are 3 torx screws at the lower part of this panel and a couple of 7mm screws.

Hope this helps
