Question
Hi
I have a 1999 Corvette C5 convertible. Water is getting into the passenger footwell via the heater blower, it is driping from the fixing screws. What is likely to be the route of the problem? Thanks in advance for your help.

Best regards

Cliff

Answer
Most likely your problem is that the drain tube for your ac evaporator is plugged up with debris. Crawl under the vehicle and look for a small tube near the firewall that should be just under the evaporator core and stick a PLASTIC straw or your small finger up into this small tube to remove the debris.
