Question
How do I get to the rear passenger side brake light on a 2004 Chevy Colorado.  Also, the fuse box list is confusing as to which fuse would be responsible for that light.  Also, any specialized tools needed to change that bulb?

Answer
Hello Gerry,
I haven't worked on a Colorado yet, But I would guess opening the tailgate, and looking in that area for screws.

Sometimes the drawing on the fuse block cover is a mirror image of the actual fuse layout.
I immagine the same fuse as for the left brake light, but I don't know how it is marked....stop/turn possibly.

I have been maintaining a fleet of approximately 55 light, medium and heavy vehicles for over 20 years. Most are 4X4 pickups and off road fire fighting trucks. Some medium duty trucks. Some military light trucks. I can answer most questions concerning 4X4 engine, drive line, suspension, electrical, and fuel, both diesel and gasoline. Ford, GM, and Dodge, old and new, but prefferably not newer than 99.
