Expert: Van - 11/22/2005

Question
I have a 84 sport 4/4 chev pick-up with a 2.8 and T-5 manual trans. will a 4.3 with a 700 r-4 auto trans swap int my truck . Question 1: will the 700 r-4 bolt to the 2.8 engine. ie: mounts, drive line, ect.   Q 2:  will the 4.3 & 700 r-4 bolt in to the truck with out changing the  transfer case or motor mounts.     Q 3:  what about the wiring harnes in the truck is it going to fit the 4.3 engin and 700-r trans. Any info or details to do the swap would be very much welcomed. Thank you.
