it is the fuel pump and it is located in the gas tanki. i had the same problem with my lumina the pump cost about 100- dallors there is a filter that goes on the pump that cost 8 dallors well good luck this will work

It is obvious that either the firing order or cam timing is off. It sparks, but pops and won't start? Can't be anything else. Crank sensor is working or there would be no spark at all, and there must be fuel or there would be no "pop".
