Try checking or replacing the coolant temperature sensor. It can cause the PCM to dump way too much fuel on cold starts if it is reading colder than the actual temperature. This will cause rich/ flooding misfires.

I just experienced the same problem. Changed plugs, fuel pressure regulator, and throttle position sensor but didn't fix it. Took to dealership and they found intake gaskets bad. $386 later and it runs great. I heard using an unlit propane torch around the intake will find the problem during a cold morning. Good luck
