I have the same vehicle with the same issue.

Replace the relay. The only way I got the pump to run was to shake the relay back and forth. My car will start right up. will run great for 2 days and act up again.

If you remove the outer cover on the relay you will see that the contacts are badly pitted. My A/C relay was as well, which is why when I swapped mine the pump did not run. The relay was also moving very slowly after I got it to work.
