Chevrolet Repair/misfiring 3.4L

Question
I have a 94 f-body with a 3.4L. When I apply a certain pressure on the gas pedal the engine starts misfiring. I changed the plugs, the wire and the egr valve and it is still doing the same problem, as if when I give too much gas the engine can't keep up. The weird thing is, when I shut down the computer and it reboots, the car runs fine untill it gets hot and the problem starts anew... any suggestion?

Answer
The possibilities of what the exact part fault are way to numerous to even guess at.

You could have an intermittent fault in the injector at that particular cylinder when the engine gets hot or it could be a fault within a wire connection when hot. The possibilities are endless and you will have to have the vehicle put on the scanner to determine the probable area of fault.

There is the possibility that the EGR CONTROLLER is malfunctioning when hot.
