Today at my wifes school they had a speaker from Chicago. She said that he was the number one draft choice of Chicago in 1977. He went to school in Michigan. What is his name?

1977 first rounder was Ted Albrecht, a tackle from California. Only first rounder from Michigan in the 70's was Dave Gallagher, a defensive lineman, in 1974. Their 1987 first round pick was QB Jim Harbaugh from Michigan. I'm guessing it was one of those two.
