Question Since the scare about pet food, I have been researching pet foods. Would a chihuahua be a good candidate for the BARF diet? Thank You
Answer Hey, Karen!!! I have been pretty scared about the food, too. I have Chihuahuas, too, and at the first discovery of the poison thing, they were starting a new bag of dog food, and they are slow eaters. But, I researched your question, and went to www.barfworld.com (Funny they should choose that name!!!), and they say it is appropriate for dogs and cats, but don't go deeper than that. I think it should be fine, but if you have any doubts, or your animal starts to have a bad reaction to the food, check out the site, or send me another question.
