Question
I had a baby 5 months ago,and every since then when I menstruate my whole pelvic area gets really sore and so does my back area down there.I also have excessive weight gain and increased appetite..I figured that to much time has passed for these symptoms to be related to giving birth. But then again I'm not a professional so what do you think? PS:plz help me!

Answer
Destiny,

This could be due to a hormonal imbalance after giving birth, but could also be completely unrelated.  Call your doctor to discuss your symptoms.  They will most likely want to do some bloodwork to check your thyroid, etc and get a better idea of what is going on.

Typically, after giving birth, menstruation can become shorter and less painful.  Increased appetite and weight gain are not typical, which makes me think that a hormonal imbalance may be the culprit.
