Question
I gave birth aug.28,08 to a baby girl but stillborn and I want to try again as soon as possible. When can I have sex again since I had her natural no epidural,no tear or anything?

Answer
Keda,

First of all, I am so sorry for your loss.   There are simply no words for what you must be going through.

The subject of when to try and conceive again will depend on many factors, including the cause of her stillbirth.  Also, your body needs some time to heal and recover from just undergoing the pregnancy.

Without knowing your history, it's difficult to say when would be the best time to start.  I'd sit down with your care provider, discuss your history and talk about when your body might be ready for another pregnancy.

All the best,
Catherine
