Question
hi, we are trying to have a baby. we had sex on the days that i was more fertile according to the calander. my period is 2 days late, but i feel that i have crampy stomach, tired, and little bit warmer that before but not like a fever. would this be a sign of pregnancy? why am i feeling that i am having crampy stomach like when i am getting my period? should we try agian? if we should, what is the best recommended day to have sex inorder to get pregnant?

Those may be signs of pregnancy, but could also be signs that your period is near.  It's very common to have period-like cramps as an early symptom of pregnancy.


You won't know if you need to try again until you've taken a pregnancy test.  When trying to conceive, you have the best odds of achieving pregnancy by having intercourse on the two days prior to and including ovulation.


However, it can be difficult to determine exactly when you will ovulate, so a good rule of thumb is to have intercourse every other day starting about a week after your cycle begins so that you don't miss your window of opportunity to conceive.
