Question
hello, my problem is that the due date callender is confusing me, I had a 24 hour light period on feb 26th, but
my last full menstral period was jan 26th and lasted a full 5 days like usual...so the last day of my full period was jan 31st..can you be able to tell me the date that I concieved?? thanks much, alicia

Answer
It's possible that the Feb 26th bleeding was implantation bleeding, or it may have been a light period.

The date of conception would depend on two things:

*on which month you conceived and
*how long are your cycles from 1st date of your period to the next 1st date of your period.

A woman with 28 day cycles would have ovulated around Feb 9 or March 12, while a woman with 31 day cycles would have ovulated around around Feb 12 or March 15.

If you had a pregnancy test with a positive result before March 22st, the February "period" was probably implantation bleeding and not a period at all.

If you took the pregnancy test after March 22st, was it a very light line? That points to a more recent conception date, which would mean the February 26th date as the first date of your last period and a mid-March conception date is more likely; if you had conceived mid-February, you would have a much darker line than conceiving mid-March.

In any case, an ultrasound should clear it up one way or the other as to when you conceived.
