Answer
Avanel,

If this is something you feel is excessive and the bleeding has not lessened, then you need to call your doctor or return to the ER to have your wound assessed.

It's possible that you've torn some stitches or have been doing too much activity which is prohibiting the incision from healing as it should.

Anytime you feel that something isn't right, have it checked out.  If you aren't getting answers on why it doesn't seem to be healing, be persistent and keep asking questions until you are satisfied that your concerns have been fully addressed.
