Answer
Aubree,

My first answer still stands.  You cannot accurately determine a due date from an ultrasound after the first trimester.  At this stage, it can be off by more than a week in either direction.

Your due date should not have been changed unless it was more than 2 weeks different from your initial one, which it wasn't.

Even if this new estimate was correct, your most likely conception date would have been Jan 21st, which is still too far from the 14th for your old boyfriend to have been the father, as sperm only live for up to 5 days in the reproductive tract.  3 days is usually the average.

Best,
Catherine
