Childbirth/Could my boyfriend be the father?

Question
My boyfriend and I took a break awhile back and ended up sleeping with his ex. She found out that she was pregnant and people questioned whether or not he was the father. They were together Sept. 20,2008.  He isn't sure whether or not he ejaculated in her. Its July 5 and she hasn't had the baby. Is it possible that he's the father?

Answer
If she conceived Sept 20, she would have been due June 13.
 
That would have put her at more than three weeks past her due date now,and almost all obstetricians will not allow someone to go more than two weeks past her due date.

So if she is still pregnant now, it would be highly unlikely that your boyfriend is the father of the baby.
