Question
i did not have period in may but had one in April but i also had unprotected sex although April with my husband but i also turn around and had sex with my x in may could this be my husband baby my due date is January 28

Answer
Melody,

Based on your due date, you most likely conceived around May 8th.  So, if you had intercourse with your ex around this time, he could be the father.  You didn't state whether you had intercourse with your husband in May, so without more information, it's difficult to say if he could be the father.

If you didn't have intercourse with your husband around this time in May, then your ex is the father.
