Childbirth/pregnancy after childbirth

Question
I just had my daughter 2 months ago. I breastfeed but for most of the first month I pumped and fed her through bottle. My husband and I started having sex about 3 weeks after birth. I didn't get my period until my sixth week. She will be 7 weeks on Wednesday. I have been feeling extreme fatigue, Nausea, and though it may be normal, heavy discharge. Am I paranoid or could I possibly be pregnant again? I have read others stories and am a little worried. I haven't told my husband what is going on. I don't want to if there is no reason.

Thank you for your help.

Answer
Badina,

Well, if you've had unprotected intercourse, then it's possible.  But, given the time frame, it doesn't sound likely.  If you only got your period in your 6th week, then you wouldn't yet be experiencing pregnancy symptoms - you probably wouldn't even be ovulating yet as that typically doesn't happen until midway through your cycle.

These could just be side effects of resuming your cycle and not necessarily indications of pregnancy.
