is it good for me to walk daily for 30 minutes like I'm pregnant of 5 months

Yes, daily walking during pregnancy is great exercise.  You should continue as long as you feel fine when walking.  If you become short of breath or experience discomfort when walking, you can either slow down or walk shorter distances at a time.


Just make sure you stay well hydrated if it is hot to prevent dehydration.
