and do you usually ovulate around the same time every month are can you ovulate one month on yor period then the next month on 14 day are it around the same time every month i have a regular 28-30 cycle every month. thank you

Answer
Both ultrasounds point to conception occurring around April 22, as your doctor said.  1st trimester ultrasound can be off by a couple of days, but it's not going to be off by 11 days. Everything points to Partner #2 being the father.

Most women ovulate 14 days before they get their period.  If your periods are normally 28-30 days apart, then you generally ovulate on Day 14-16 of your cycle.

If you have a very short cycle, less than 20 days, it is possible to ovulate during your period.

If your periods are regular, then you probably ovulate at around the same time every month. You don't want to count on that as birth control though, as anyone can have an "off" month where they ovulate earlier or later than usual.

In your case though, it's pretty clear that you conceived around April 22.
