hi Catherine i'm 17& if I had a newborn baby on December 24 2010 and would have a birthday dec 24 2011
how old would the baby be before the dec 24th birthday?
help please thanks
not understanding the week old thing do you count the weekends?

A week = 7 calendar days. So, yes, a week includes weekends. I have to wonder if this was really a serious question....
You would calculate weeks of age for an infant just like you would for any other human on earth. There are 52 weeks in a year, so if a baby born 12/24/10 was going to be 1 year old on 12/24/11, then it would be 4 weeks (1 month) in January, 8 weeks (2 months) old in February, 48 weeks (11 months) in November and so on and so forth for each month of the year.
