Childbirth/Issue: who the father is?

Question
I had sex with 2guys and I got pregnant. Can you help me to identify who might be the father? Usually I don't have a regular period (I write down a few dates from 2009: 30May, 25July, 23August and others I remember but I am not sure: 27 June, 21September, 23October, 28November) and lasts 3-4days. In December 2009 I had unprotected sex on 9 and 10 but he did not came inside of me (I am not sure we had sex during these 2days since we were arguing a lot but I put the worse; that's why I will call him as ex-boyfriend). We broke up and I came back to an old love and I had sex with him on 13, 16, 18, 20December (he came inside of me almost every time and we made it more than once every day). I bought a pregnancy test and I made it on 28December but it was negative. On January, I took others pregnancy tests and were positives (on 8 and 9December 2010). I went to the doctor on 15January 2010(he confirmed the pregnancy with a trans-vaginal ultrasound but without embryonic echo), on 22January (he heard the embryonic echo, saw the sac and said the age is 6weeks and 4days, CRL=6.9mm), on 5february (8weeks and 5 days, CRL=21.3mm), on 24February (12weeks and 1day, CRL=56mm), on 30March (17weeks), on 27April (20weeks and 2days), on 25May (24weeks and 3days) and on 14June (28weeks and 2days). I get birth to a baby boy on 15august (he came earlier, week 36-37). Who is the father, the first (the ex-boyfriend) or the second (the old love)? When you give me answers, please take into account most of the information I provided here. Thank you and I count on your support/answers.

Answer
Hi,

Your information, especially the ultrasounds, points to a conception date around December 14. If you did have sex on Dec 9 or 10, it's certainly possible that he's the father, but not likely, especially since you're not even sure that you even did have sex with him, and you know for sure you had sex with the old love.  The second man is much more likely to be the father. I can't 100% rule out the 1st man, but I don't think it's all that likely.
