Question
QUESTION: Hi,i have irregular periods but i remember that my last lmp was on 11/16/10 and i found out i was preggo on the 16th of Dec with a blood test..At that time i was told i was 2 weeks..On 01/10/11 i had a vaginal ultrasound that said i was 7weeks and 6days which matched my lmp exactly with a due date of 8/23/11..Then on 04/06/11 i was 20weeks and 1day and the ultrasound said 20weeks with a due date of 8/24/11..I had sex with guy 1 on the 22nd of november while on my period but he did not ejaculate in me, then i had sex with guy 2 on 27th of november and he did ejaculate in me, and we continued to have sex until i found out i was pregnant..I bled until the 25th of november..Who is more likely to be the father? Please help...Thank You

ANSWER: It is almost a certainty that guy 2 is the father.  Based on the information you gave, you most likely conceived at the end of November or possibly the beginning of December.  An 8 week ultrasound is not going to be off by a week.

QUESTION: I had one more ?, the fact that guy one pulled out and did not ejaculate in me(pre-cum)and by me being on my period...does that lesson the chance more!? Also it was the early morning of the 21 at like 2 in the morning and not the 22 like I posted above..thanx again

Answer
I apologize for the delay in getting back to you on this.

Yes, I did take into account that he did not ejaculate in my answer, and yes, it does make it much less likely that he is the father.  Also, the date being one day earlier than you said does make it even less likely that he is the father.

I can't tell you 100% that Guy #1 isn't the father, but it's definitely up there in the high 90s for percentages.
