All My Children/Song from Monday January 19, 2008

QuestionQUESTION: Do you know the name of the song, and the artist, that was playing as Josh was being wheeled out of the elevator in the final scenes of today's show? Some of the words are as follows:
"If I write you a bouquet of rainbows. Cut from the midsummers sky. Out to the ribbon of sorrow. Sung from the tears that you cry. If I painted your picture on water. Sung you a song made of stone. If I wrote you a poem of glisten. It rhymes with the sound of your soul. Would you let me be the one? I'd do anything to be your love. If I could I'd do what nobody's done. If you'd let me be the one."
Thank you for your help.

ANSWER: Hi Suzanne,
I have researched and cannot come up with an answer for you. I even looked on some sites and people are asking the same question but no one seems to know the answer.
Please write to Soap Opera Digest or Soap Opera Weekly and they will probably know. They often answer questions like this in their magazines. The song may be one that was written especially for the show.
You can find info on how to write to them on one of the following sites:

Thanks,
Kat

QUESTION: Kat,
I tried both of the links you suggested and each of my emails to them were returned with the notation of an invalid address.
Thank you for trying to help with this. If you should have any luck or would care to try to contact Soap Opera Digest yourself and get and answer, I'd be very grateful.
Thanks again.
Suzanne
AnswerHi Suzanne,
I will continue to attempt to find an answer - in the meantime, you may want to contact another expert who has more experience in the song category. I am much less savvy than some of the others when it comes to songs.
I will contact you if I find an answer - thanks!
