Yes, Jack has a daughter named Lily.  He married her mother who was a divorcee who suffered abuse from her husband, Denny.  Jack adopted her as his own.  The mother's name was Laurel Banning.  She (Laurel) took a bullet meant for someone else at a gay wedding.  So........Jack kept on with Lily until she was able to move away to go to college.
