I am just returning to AMC after changing jobs.  How did everyone (Julia, Ava, Adian, & others) all come to live in a mansion, I believe called Wildwind....?  I'm confused who's house it is and how they all came to be there. Did Julia inherit it?  Is it Aunt Phoebe's old home?

I thought I did answer this question and I am truly sorry if you didn't get the answer to it.  =)  Experts is telling me that I didn't answer it, so here it goes again.
Dimitri Marrick originally owned the home, (castle)....it is called WILDWIND.  He eventually gave WILDWIND to his half brother Edmund Grey.  
After Edmund passed away, Maria and the kids were left with WILDWIND.  Maria took the children to California to start a new life.  When Julia returned to Pine Valley WILDWIND was vacant and she tok up residence there.  Jonathan wanted to get out away from Ryan and Annie, so he ended up there....here is this GREAT big castle and Julia invited people to live there.  Ava needed to move from Jack's house due to all the trouble she caused, so she is there now.  Aidan was sleeping with Di, so he took up residence there even though Di is gone from the show.  Also Del had no where to go so he is there too!  What a mix!
It is NOT Aunt Phoebe's old home.  It is Dimitri Marrick's estate.
