I've missed quite a few episodes due to travel.  Who is Amanda and why is/was she staying with JR?  Josh is the new producer for Erika's TV program?  Who is he and where did he come from?  Thank you for your help.

amanda is trevor and janet's daughter. jamie,  jr, and amanda used to hang out when they were little. since haley is trevor's niece she told amanda that she could stay at the chandler's. now anamda is helping jr to break up jamie and babe.
josh madden is the fertility doctor's son. but i've read that he has some kind of tie to erica. the doctor wants josh to have nothing to due with erica and to stay away from her.
