Question
did Kendall sind over her rights to Spike before he was born. After Friday it looks like Greenlee is making it look like she did. I don't understand the writers. Is  it  leagle? Can't people see Greenlee is unstable?How can she write up that paper and make it stick?

Hi there........
Do you mean the rights to Spike?  NO.....since Greenlee turned her back and walked away....she (Greenlee) gave up all claims to Spike.  Of course, being a soap, writers can find a way to "finagle" it anyway they want.  Greenlee has NO legal right.  The egg is Kendall's and the sperm is Ryan's....NO part of Greenlee.  Right now Greenlee is looking for ANYONE who heard Kendall say, "This baby is yours Greenlee." to testify for her.  It won't work in my opinion.
Yes, Greenlee is unstable and has GOT to get it through her head that SHE walked away and life goes on.  Maybe she needs OAKHAVEN for a while???  =)
I honestly feel that the paper won't stick.  She is just going to cause all the trouble she can, and SHE is the gal to do it!  Jack is on to her and being a lawyer, has refused to help her.
It will be interesting to see where this goes, but I, for one, wish Greenlee would go back where she came from...she is trouble with a capital T!  =)
