The female character was Estelle aka Maristella (sp?) Estelle and Donna Tyler were hookers, and Billy Clyde Tuggle was their pimp.

Billy Clyde Tuggle a.k.a John Henry Rockefeller arrived in Pine Valley and was a pimp who pimped out Donna, who later became a hairdresser. Her daughter was Emily Ann Sago, who thought her father was the good-natured Italian Benny Sago, but in reality Tuggle at one time raped Donna, his ho, and the result was Emily Ann. Billy Clyde returns to Pine Valley in the late 1980s under his alias and opens up a dance club geared towards the younger generation of Pine Valley, naming this club Cyclops. Slowly his obsession with Emily Ann grows, he befriends his daughter and then he tells her and she is angry at the truth and Donna protects her daughter from Tuggle/Rockefeller from that point on. Billy Cyde's interests then shift quickly to young Dixie Coonie ( your southern person you seek to identify, from Pigeon Hollow, WV). He tries to romance Dixie for months, coy and cute at times but generally annoying, as Dixie is heart-set with her romance with the young private investigator-hero Tad Martin. Tad brushes him back several times, but Tuggle is tenacious and persistent. Billy eventually abducts Dixie and holes her up in a cabin for several days, her situation tenuous and all Pine Valley concerned. Billy Clyde has arranged for a couple of sticks of TNT so things are really quite dangerous. Tad attempts to rescue Dixie, they struggle again, memorably this time, resulting in a long fall off of a bridge and Tad's disappearance and presumed death.later to become Ted Orsini and return to Pine Valley.Billy Clyde then dies in a fatal shootout. All being said, Billy Clyde Tuggle aka John Henry Rockefeller, in all of his dual monikers and greatness, is the most legendary villain and entertaining character in Pine Valley historical record.

Actually, Emily Ann's biological parents were Estelle and Billy Clyde. Billy Clyde raped Estelle in 1980, and then buried her alive; Chuck saved her. Estelle died, Billy Clyde was sent to jail, and Donna and Benny adopted Emily Ann.

Actually , this is ALL wrong. Emily Ann is the product of Estelle Latour and Billy Clyde Tuggle; Benny Sago was Greek, and when Estelle died in an auto crash, Benny eventually marries Donna, only to realize it was a big mistake and they divorce. Benny re-develops a gambling addiction and leaves P.V., Emily eventually learns who her parents are and goes to the nut house.
