Question
My home is ten years old, and the gas logs were manufactured by Martin Industries, which is now out of business. Any suggestions on where I can find a key for this discontinued unit? The universal keys from Lowes and Home Depot don't fit. Thanks in advance!

A gas log set typically operates on a standard valve within the and not part of the decorative gas log set produced by Martin or others. If this is a gas appliance such as a gas fireplace or insert appliance, I not aware of unit that required a key? The standard valves within the walls offer two different size adaptors , 1/4" or 5/16" Make sure you don't have one size valve and purchases the other size key. Good luck.
