Hi James,Iam hopeing to put a wood burning stove into existing fireplace which was hardley used.Ihave taken out old fireplace and am left with solid blocks.Do Ihave to cover these blocks and if so what do you suggest is the best products for use with wood burning stove.P.S. any information on this prodject would be a great help. Many Thanks

Hello Stephen, I am not sure I understand what you mean by "i have taken out the old fireplace and am left with solid blocks" what was there before? I would have a local Certified Chimney Sweep (www.csia.org, there you can look up by zip code to find one near you) take a first hand look at what you have.
