Chimney & Fireplaces/Fresh air intake

Question
I have a Majestic Vented gas fireplace. It seams to have a strong pilot that stays lit. When the main burner lights it causes the pilot to flutter and go out. If I leave the front glass door adjar it continues to burn. If I lock the door it causes the pilot to flutter. I can not find where it is getting its fresh air.I have checked out side and only see a fue vent but no fresh air vent.

Answer
Hello Richard, what does the manual say about this? is this until a "direct vent" if so the vent has 2 pipes (one inside the other) inside vents hot gas out , out side tube pulls fresh air in.
get some one out that can work on the unit you have to find out what is going on and if it is safe to use, maybe local wood stove store?
