Question
I have a 10-12 year old Temco fireplace. I would like to know how to replace the aging refractory sheet in the firebox. The model number is hard to read, but it appears as LG 3931. another number I found is M 68375. I'm not sure where to start. Could you give me an idea on how to go about replacing this sheet. Thanks

Answer
Hello Dave, start with Temco, they should have the manual, and the replacement parts.
Or you local wood stove store and I would have a local Certified Chimney Sweep (www.csia.org, there you can look up by zip code to find one near you) take a first hand look at what you have.
