cast iron seal right a
Hey James i have a chimney which has a cast iron seal right directly above the fire place. So when we tried to make a fire in it all of the smoke came back into the house. we tried to remove the seal but it looks like somebody put concrete on it. we don't know what to do can you help us.

Hello Zunair, I really can not tell what you have in this picture, either way I would have a local Certified Chimney Sweep (www.csia.org, there you can look up by zip code to find one near you) take a first hand look at what you have they should be able to help you in getting this unit to work.
