Question
Hi.  I have a Dovre DV 400NAT natural gas stove and I am having trouble getting the pilot light lit.  I do not have the manual for this.  The stove was working all winter, but the pilot went out about two weeks ago and I am having trouble re-lighting it.  The main gas valve is on.  There are two knobs on the control module that I am having a hard time understanding.  One is a vent knob that can be adjusted from low to high and the other is the pilot knob, which turns a 1/2 turn and has to be pushed in to go to the "on" position.  There is also the igniter button, which seems to be working (producing a spark).  I am sure I have the order or orientation of the knobs wrong, any help you could provide would be great.  Thanks!

If you can't get it lit, you'll need a service on the unit.  This unit should have an annual service by a qualified technician.
