Chimney & Fireplaces/Woodsman vs, Shrader?

Randy,
 I am looking at buying a used woodburner.  There are two I am considering that are similarly priced. I am wondering which brand has a better rep?  A Woodsman or a Schrader?  Both appear similar in size (have no exact measurements but have been told they hold 24" logs), the Woodsman seems to be in great shape, while the Schrader has a slight problem with a door sealing.  Not sure if the problem is fixable yet.  I am just asking which brand would you recommend?  Any input would be appreciated.

Not knowing the model number and or age of the used units it's hard to say. If I where you, I would do a "Google" search for each unit by using the info printed on the listing label attached to the stoves. Check the original warrantee of each and be certain that if any parts are needed for installation, the company is still in business and parts are available. Best of luck to you.
