Question
I have a fisher insert #H901840 and i need to put a pipe to the top of it,due to the blower grate on my brick fire place how would i go about doing this so the smoke does not come through the grate and into the house?I do not have a pipe inside of my brick chimney. i would like to extend it about 3' can this be done ?

Answer
Hello Wendell, I am not sure what you have from your description, and I am not familiar with that stove, I would have a local Certified Chimney Sweep (www.csia.org, there you can look up by zip code to find one near you) take a first hand look at what you have they should be able to offer a suggestion.
