hello,,,i have a monessen gas vent free log and i havetn used it very much in the last few years since i purchased new awhile back---im getting alot of smoke and a bad smell--what could be the problem?

Hello Matt, I am not a big fan of Vent Free any thing, did you call the company who installed it? or the manufacturer? I would start there and see what they say it could be malfunctioning and could be deadly DO NOT USE IT until it is corrected.
