Chimney & Fireplaces/gas fire place pilot trouble

Question
My gas fire place insert was starting up and running great for awhile then it started to just go out after being on for just about 10 mins. pilot and all. So I would have to remove the glass cover to get to the pilot and now when I manually light the pilot it ignites but when I turn it to on it goes out right away. I have done this a bunch of times and its always worked. Now it seems like its not getting enough gas to light up. any suggestions thank you for your time

Answer
I would have a service person come out to look at the unit. It sounds to me like it could be the Thermo couple. Which means that it will have to be replaced. Get a service Tech out there to service the unit and they can make sure that's what needs to be done.

Have a great day!
