Hello Mr. Brooks,

We have an Empire Unvented Gas Fireplace that was installed when we built our house 7.5 years ago.  The Model number is either VFHS-36T-1 or VFHS-36R-1.  We have already removed the tank for the fireplace, for several reasons.  Is there any way we can use this box for a wood burning fireplace?  Above the fireplace is a walk-in attic and we have plenty of room to put in a chimney.
