Question
Hi, Our vezar fireplace fan does not blow air and the fan is getting louder.  What kind of issues could we be having and can you help me with finding the issue so I can repair myself?

On the fireplace, you will find a small listing label. This listing label will tell you the manufacture of the fireplace itself as well as a model number. If your home is new enough, Vesar should send out a technician to look at the issue. If not, contact the manufacture of the unit themselves. If all else fails, use the links at the bottom of my home page at www.brooks-hearth.com and find a local professional that can inspect your hearth product.
