Question
Hi James,

We have a vented gas fireplace.  We are having issues with the unit and someone came out to fix, however said that we would need to replace most of the parts.  Are we able to replace just the log set and electrical compenants without removing the entire box or do we have to replace the entire box?

Answer
Hello Angela, I am not sure what you are describing with out seeing it, I can only guess, just the logs and their whole set up would need to be replaced unless they are part of a original system, then every thing might have to be replace. contact your local wood stove store or some one that services "gas logs" they should be able to help
